The Truth: Selling donated goods is our funding model — not our end goal. The revenue from our stores is exactly what makes free job training, career coaching, and community support programs possible across Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio. The Truth: Our pricing reflects the real operational costs of running stores that double as community resources — staffing, sorting, cleaning, pricing, and facility costs.
